Closing Policy
If the Hamilton County Department of Education (HCDE) closes for the day due to inclement weather, we will be closed.
- If HCDE is delayed two hours or less, we will start at our regular time.
- If HCDE closes early because of inclement weather, please pick up your child(ren) as soon as possible.
- Even if we do not officially close, please use your best judgement and be safe.
We do not want anyone in a driving situation where they feel unsafe. You may call 423-877-2643
to have messages delivered to your child’s teacher if circumstances warrant.
