What's A Service Like?

On a typical Sunday morning, our morning announcements begin to play on the big screens 15 minutes before service time. This is a great opportunity to catch up on what is happening in our church. Following the video announcements, the bands kick off the morning worship.

Stuart Heights’ services are all about Jesus. God has blessed Stuart Heights with talented musicians who love Jesus and serve his church through modern worship music and fresh takes on old hymns. Our music is part of the way in which we prepare our hearts and minds to hear the word and to respond to that word. Also, as part of our worship, we take communion together and give offerings to support God’s work at Stuart Heights. All in all, the atmosphere is casual, reflective, and open to all. Some choose to wear their suit and ties while others opt for jeans and flip flops. We are more concerned with what’s on the inside than with the outside.

Our Senior Pastor, Gary Jared and Associate Pastor, Brian K. Smith rotate between the campuses, preaching and teaching the Word. On average, sermons last around 35 minutes. You will typically find a sermon series which last for several weeks. You can always find the past Sunday’s sermon online in case you miss. You can hear a sermon here.

Through contemporary music and practical messages, we present the ageless truths of the Bible in a format that is easy to understand–even if you have never been to church.

Locations and Services

Stuart Heights is one church with three locations. Each campus has a campus leader that works with that congregation. Each campus is dedicated to reaching more people for Christ in their communities. Each Sunday morning is identical. Although you may hear different worship leaders, you will sing the same songs. You will also hear the same sermon although it may be a different teacher. So the most important factor is choosing a campus that best fits your needs.
